nbspOn Friday at 0509 hours the Hose Company amp Company 5-9 were alerted for the 10-50 PI in the 1800 Block of Pulaski Highway 542 box. nbspChief 5-2 Engine 512 Quint 5 amp Rescue 5 marked up shortly after alert. nbspEngine 512 Lamana was first on scene with a single car crash off the roadway on the east bound side. nbspRescue 5 was on scene shortly after amp crews established patient care until the arrival of Medic 191 who had just cleared HMH. nbspAfter patient evaluation command requested aviation for the priority 2 category B and advised the LZ would be at the National Guard Armory. nbspAt that time command scaled back to units on scene amp crews remained until the patient was transported. nbspLieutenant 5-2 Lamana held the command.
