pOn Friday at 1231 hours the 503 box was alerted for the report of smoke inside at 669 Revolution Street.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Chief 5-2 Engine 512 w10 Engine 513 Engine 514 Quint 5 and Tower 5 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Chief 5 was first to arrive at 1233 hours with nothing showing from the charlie side of a single story office building.nbsp Engine 512 was next to arrive and found smoke throughout the building.nbsp After a short investigation the crew of Engine 512 found a small fire in an unoccupied patient room and quickly knocked it with a can.nbsp Command then scaled back to Engine 512 Quint 5 and Tower 5.nbsp Crews checked for extension which proved negative and then turned the scene over to the Maryland State Fire Marshals Office.nbsp Chief 5 Hurst held the quotRevolution Streetquot command.p
