pOn Thursday at 1440 hours the 531 Fire Rescue Box was struck for the reported apartment fire with people trapped at 100 Revolution Street Graw Apartments.nbsp Chief 5 Deputy Chief 5 Chief 5-2 Engine 511 Engine 512 Engine 513 Engine 514 Engine 515 Quint 5 Rescue 5 Tower 5 amp Utility 572 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Dispatch advised all units that they were receiving reports of fire in apartment 208 amp possibly people trapped.nbsp Engine 512 amp Deputy Chief 5 were first on scene at 1442 hours with nothing showing from the 6-story residential high-rise.nbsp Engine 512s crew quickly advanced their apartment pack while DO Bannon dropped 3 from the FDC nosed in to the plug at Young Street amp Lewis Street and also advanced 200 of 3nbspspan fcktemp1spanto the division 1 standpipe.nbsp While other units were arriving Engine 512s crew found a small amount of fire in apartment 208 and quickly knocked it while also conducting a primary search of the apartment which proved negative.nbsp At that time command requested the Working Fire Dispatch and additional Medic units.nbsp While this was being done other crews were assisting multiple residents from their apartments while also conducting primary ampnbspspan fcktemp1spansecondary searches on all six floors and venting.nbsp Two patients were transported to a local hospital by EMS units on scene and one patient refused care.nbsp Hose Company crews remained on scene until approximately 1630 hours and then cleared.nbsp Chief 5 held the command.nbsp The cause of the fire was determined to be a resident smoking a cigarette while on oxygen.brppOther units on scenenbspspan fcktemp1spanE113 A192 E213 E214 TW231 M291 M591 M592 U598 T1231 PM1brp
