pOn Tuesday at 1731 hours the 540 Fire Box was struck for 702 Pulaski Highway for the reported apartment fire.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Chief 5-2 Engine 511 Acting E512 Engine 513 Engine 514 Quint 5 Tower 5 amp Utility 572 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Chief 5 amp Engine 511 were first on scene with smoke showing from the alpha side of a two story apartment building.nbsp The crew of Engine 511 quickly deployed their 200 crosslay and made entry where they found that a fire on the stove had already been extinguished in apartment 2.nbsp Crews checked for extension which proved minor to the cabinets above and then began venting.nbsp Two patients were evaluated for smoke inhalation with one being transported to a local hospital.nbsp Crews remained on scene for a short time picking up amp then cleared.brppCommand Chief 5brppOther Units Engine 211 amp Company 5-9brp
