The Susquehanna Hose Company would like to recognize Firefighters Floyd Bowman Barry Hewitt and Jim Miller as the Firefighters of the Month for April 2008. Floyd Bowman was selected because of his hard work and dedication with constructing a new pitbeef grill for House 4. Due to Floyds work the division now has their own personal grill for division functions. Barry Hewitt was selected because of his hard work and dedication with the Company Banquet for the 27th straight year. Once again Barry and the banquet committee put on an excellent showing. Jim Miller was selected because of his hard work and dedication with the Banquet Awards Committee and for his work with the Years of Service pins which were given to members with a minimum of 15 years of service. Congratulations to these gentlemen. These Firefighters will be recognized at the Havre de Grace City Council Meeting on May 19 2008 at City Hall.
