pOn Monday at 0223 hours the 531 box was struck for the reported building fire at The Graw Apartments 100 Revolution Street.nbsp Chief 5 Deputy Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Chief 5-2 Engine 512 Engine 513 Engine 514 Engine 515 Quint 5 Tower 5 amp Tower 2 marked up shortly after alert.nbspnbsp Deputy Chief 5 was first on scene at 0227 hours with nothing showing from the 7-story residential high-rise.nbsp Engine 512 was next on scene took the FDC on the delta side ampnbspspan fcktemp1spanstretched their 200 pre-connect for the reported fire in the boiler room.nbsp Engine 512s crew found smoke inside ampnbspspan fcktemp1spana sprinkler activation within the boiler room.nbsp After a quick investigation it was found that an electric panel had caught fire ampnbspspan fcktemp1spanwas extinguished by the sprinkler.nbsp While 512s crew was checking for extension ampnbspspan fcktemp1spangetting the sprinkler system shut down remaining crews assisted with multiple evacuations.nbsp Crews continued to get all 74 units evacuated ampnbspspan fcktemp1spanvented as CO levels were in the area of 200PPM in the upper divisions.nbsp Two occupants were evaluated by EMS however refused treatment.nbsp Hose Company crews remained on scene until CO levels returned to a safe range ampnbspspan fcktemp1spanthen cleared.nbsp Chief 5 Hurstnbspspan fcktemp1spanheld the Revolution Streetnbspspan fcktemp1spancommand.brp
