On Monday afternoon Company 5 was alerted for a 10-50 PI at the intersection of Union Avenue and Revolution Street.nbsp Chief 5-1 Engine 512 Rescue 551 and Tower 531 called enroute shortly after alert.nbsp Engine 512 was first to arrive and advised of a two vehicle collision with possibly two subjects injured.nbsp Chief 5-1 arrived shortly after and then advised to hold the response to Engine 512 and Rescue 551.nbsp Crews assisted with patient care and removed all hazards.nbsp
