Chief 5, Deputy Chief 5, Engine 512, Engine 513, Engine 515 & Quint 5 worked this house fire in the 4400 block Webster-Lapidum Road (Company 1’s area) on Saturday night. Deputy Chief 5 was first on scene with smoke showing from the single family dwelling. Crews located & knocked fire in the basement, originating in the area of the wood stove, with extension around & above the stove. SHCo crews worked for approximately one hour before returning to service.
