Just after 8:30pm, on Tuesday night, the SHCo responded to an overturned tractor trailer on southbound I-95, just beyond the Havre de Grace exit ramp. First arriving crews reported the driver of the truck was ejected and Maryland State Police – Aviation Command was requested for patient transport. Harford County Department of Emergency Services Special Ops was also requested, for fuel pump off from the tractor.
