pOn Tuesday at 2128 hours the Hose Company and Company 5-9 were alerted for the 10-50 PI at the intersection of Pulaski Highway amp Otsego Street.nbsp Chief 5 Deputy Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Chief 5-2 Engine 512 Quint 5 and Rescue 5 marked up immediately after alert.nbsp Engine 512 Lt. Bannon was first to arrive at 2130 hours and advised they had a two vehicle MVA with one vehicle in the eastbound lane and one in the westbound lane.nbsp Remaining units arrived shortly after and quickly went to work establishing patient care and checking for hazards.nbsp Crews put a minor spill in check and remained on scene until one patient was transported by Medic 591.nbsp Chief 5 Hurst held the quotPulaski Highwayquot command.ppOn Thursday at 0007 hours the Hose Company amp Company 5-9 were alerted for the 10-50 PI at the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Otsego Street.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Engine 512 Quint 5 amp Rescue 5 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Engine 512 Lt. Lamana was first to arrive at 0010 hours with a single motorcycle vs. deer MVA in the eastbound lane infront of 912 Pulaski Highway.nbsp Chief 5-1 was next to arrive at which time command advised Engine 512 would handle.nbsp Engine 512s crew checked for hazards which proved negative and cleared once the patient was transported by Medic 591.nbsp Chief 5-1 Carroll held the quotPulaski Highwayquot command.p
