pOn Wednesday at 0651 hours the Hose Company and Company 5-9 were alerted for the 10-50 PI at the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Lewis Lane.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-2 and Engine 512 w5 Lamana marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Chief 5 was first to arrive and found a two vehicle MVA with one injured and held the Hose Companys assignment to Engine 512.nbsp Engine 512 arrived shortly after established patient care and began checking for hazards.nbsp No hazards were found and crews remained on scene until the patient was transported by Medic 592.nbsp Chief 5 held the quotLewis Lanequot command.p
