pOn Tuesday at 1042 hours the Hose Company and Company 5-9 were alerted for the 10-50 PI at the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Lewis Lane.nbsp Deputy Chief 5 Engine 512 Engine 513 Rescue and Tower 5 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Deputy Chief 5 was first to arrive at 1044 hours with a two vehicle MVA and one patient.nbsp Rescue 5 and Engine 512 were next to arrive at which point command scaled back to units on the scene.nbsp Crews established patient care and put a minor spill in check before clearing.nbsp Deputy Chief 5 Packard held the quotPulaski Highwayquot command.p
