pOn Monday at 1228 hours the 540 Rescue Box was struck for the 900 block of Pulaski Highway.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Chief 5-2 Engine 512 w7 and Rescue 5 w3 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Chief 5-1 was first to arrive at 1228 hours with a two vehicle MVA on eastbound Pulaski and advised a door pop was needed on one of the vehicles.nbsp Engine 512 amp Rescue 5 arrived shortly after stabilized the vehicle placed a line in service and began popping the drivers door.nbsp Extrication was completed approximately 5 minutes after arrival and the patient was then loaded in Paramedic 591.nbsp Crews controlled a minor spill and remained on scene until the patient was transported.nbsp Chief 5 Hurst held the quotPulaski Highwayquot command.p
