On Friday afternoon at 1400 hours the Hose Company was alerted for the 10-50 PI at the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Otsego Street. Chief 5 Battalion Chief 5 Engine 512 Engine 513 and Rescue 551 marked up shortly after alert. Dispatch advised those units that they were receiving reports of a two vehicle 10-50 with possibly 4 subjects injured. Units arrived and confirmed the initial reports. Aviation was also started by dispatch at the time of alert. Hose Company units established patient care and removed all hazards. Two pediatric patients and two adults were transported by Maryland State Police Medevac and Stat Medevac to Baltimore area trauma centers. Units cleared shortly after transport.
