On Tuesday August 30th Company 5 was alerted for an unknown type firenbspin the area of Pulaski Highway and Post Road.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-1nbspChief 5-2 Engine 512 Engine 513 Engine 514 Engine 515 and Tower 531nbspcalled enroute.nbsp Dispatch advised units that they receivednbspmultiple calls advising of a fire in the wooded area.nbsp Chief 5-1arrived and advised of a vacant dwelling fully involved and advised itnbspwas well off the roadway.nbsp Engine 512 and Engine 514 arrivednbspshortly after and dropped a total of 1750 feet of 5 inch supplynbspline.nbsp Surround and drown operations were applied and the fire wasnbspextinguished within a hour.All photos courtesy of Ryan Petrovic Member of Company 5-9
