pOn Monday afternoon at approximately 1355 hours Company 5 was alerted for a 10-50 PI on Chapel Road between Canvasback Drive and Tidewater Drive.nbsp Chief 5 Deputy Chief 5 Chief 5-2 Engine 515 Mini-Pumper 545 and Rescue 551 called enroute shortly after alert.nbsp Engine 515 was first to arrive and advised of a single vehicle vs. pole with two subject injured.nbsp Command then held the response to the Chiefs Engine 515 and Mini-Pumper 545.nbsp Crews removed all hazards and assisted with patient care.p
