pOn Friday afternoon the Hose Company was alerted for a report of a train vs. car at the Lewis Lane Railroad crossing.nbsp Engine 512 Engine 513 Engine 515 amp Rescue 551 called enroute shortly after alert.nbsp Engine 515 was first to arrive confirmed the initial reportsnbspand advised two subjects had been ejected from the vehicle whilenbspone was still trapped.nbsp The crew from Engine 515 then split into two crews one of which established patient care and the other began extrication of the subject still trapped.nbsp Remaining units arrived shortly after and assisted with patient care and extrication.nbsp Once the patients were stabilized amp extricated all three were airlifted by Medevac to Baltimore area Trauma Centers.nbsp Hose Company units remained on the scene for a short time after the patients were transported and then cleared.nbsp Captain 5-2 Goll Jr. had the Lewis Lane Command.p
