Just prior to 0430 this morning, SHCo crews were dispatched for the house fire at 1601 Algonquin Court, in the Shawnee Brooke subdivision. Chief 5 was first on scene and reported fire showing from the rear of the three story dwelling. Crews found & extinguished fire on all floors and two occupants were transported to the hospital with severe burns. The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal.
